
Susan Roth has been working as a professional planner and architectural historian since 1992. Her experience includes municipal land use planning and zoning, historic preservation, master planning, environmental review (SEQRA) review and preparations a consulting planner. She has served as consulting planner in approximately 20 communities in New York while working with other firms. The principal, Susan Roth has served a number of municipal Clients as a consulting planner in the Hudson Valley Region. She has provided advise to planning and zoning boards by reviewing development applications and assisting with the board’s understanding of the environmental impacts and planning implications of every application, making suggestions when needed to help the project fit better in the community. She has also lead projects designed to create special zoning that favors redevelopment of distressed or historic areas to help the community take advantage of the sense of place it can generate by enhancing its community character or assets.
